General Retainer Agreement
Introductory strategic intensive
Bi-weekly 90-min sessions
1x weekly 15-min stand-ups
Defined scope & renewal conversation at contract midpoint
Non-Exclusive Advisory
General Retainer Agreement, or non-exclusive advisory, contracts base price includes all advisory sessions performed online, either through Zoom or a similar interface of the client’s choosing. In-person sessions can be made on request for additional fees, including but not limited to: in-person convenience fee, transportation costs to and from sessions. Availability for in-person sessions is subject to change, as the needs of other clients are prioritized simultaneously. Additional customization of packages can be discussed during an introductory call.
Base-packages are a minimum of 3 months; a monthly retainer is paid on the 25th of the previous month of the agreed upon timeframe.

Exclusive Advisory
Exclusive Retainer Agreement, or exclusive advisory, contracts are premium, all-inclusive, packages that include all advisory sessions performed online, either through Zoom or a similar interface of the client’s choosing with an option to convert up to 4 sessions to in-person per month if residing in the Los Angeles area. Each package is highly customizable and tailored to the specific needs of the client, which will be discussed during an introductory call. Due to the exclusivity clause, no other clients will be managed by the advisor during the course of your contract.
All new clients begin with an initial, all-inclusive, package is for an initial 6 months, paid upfront. When relevant, customized contract extensions are agreed upon during the duration of the initial 6-month period and are paid on quarterly retainer.
